No. The 4–5% is quoted excluding Sindh sales tax on services, which is 15% on our fee — not on your booking. On a Rs 100,000 booking at 5%, our fee is Rs 5,000 and the SST on it is Rs 750.

If you cancelled, the whole fee is reversed. If the guest cancelled and you kept some of their money, the fee is recalculated on what you actually kept and the difference is credited back. Either way it is written as a new entry — we never quietly edit a charge you have already seen.

Tell us. Disputes are recorded as an override beside the original decision, with a reason and a name against it. The original is never overwritten, so you can always see what was decided first and what changed.

Because a date shown as open has to actually be bookable. A guest who is bumped after transferring money is the fastest way to destroy trust in all of this — yours and ours. Block a date the moment you let it go, even if the booking came from somewhere else entirely.
